We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay, processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your payment information is encrypted and protected.
We also offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD) for local orders.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What is the transit time for shipping?
After processing, please allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Is there a cut-off time for same-day order processing?
Yes, orders placed before 5 PM will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.
